Need Talented Graphics Designer to Design Web Page

The selected designer will create the layout of a web page that will display 1 large photograph and up to 24 small thumbnail images on a page. You do not have to provide HTML, just a Photoshop PSD.
You will also create a simple animated GIF used to launch the page you are designing.
You will design the layout, the color scheme, the navigation buttons and any links on the page. This page should share some design ideas from our current site.
Your page design will be used to display jpeg pictures of real estate properties. We will provide some samples to help you understand the requirements.
In addition, we have about 5 - 10 similar projects a month and hope to find someone we can work with on an ongoing basis.
Please included a link to your porfolio in a PM. Our first consideration in selecting the designer will be a review of your previous work. Experience with Web, Print, TV and Flash is beneficial.
