Flash intro & small demo (floorplan)

This project is actually a demo for a client of mine. I use a flash toolkit to put customized object into a flash movie that allow me to control a vantage domotica system over the network. My client is a hotel who wants to control whole is system from this flash file. I will put in all the controls so I will need you only for the creation of the flash document. What I need is only the intro and a small demo of a floorplan of a hotel room. If the customer likes this demo I will have a bigger project for you where the users can navigate in the hotel see a floorplan of the desired room and check temperature, lights,.... As I have to finance this project myself and I don't get paid to make the demo, the budget is not high (around $60) but if I can make the sale you are the first one I come to for the whole hotel (budget around $200-250).
In short: I need an intro with my logo, the hotels logo and a page with a floorplan where I can put my components.
tech spec: I need to export it in flash 6.0 with actionscript 1.1. The domotica system is a vantage system (you don't need to know any of this system just flash)
