Flash Animation Animated Logo 3D Design Character

Hi

I am looking for an experienced designer to create me a short 3D flash animation using the character from our logo, the animation will be a 1 minute video that plays as soon as a visitor enters our web site and will last for no more than 1 minute.

And the final animated character should look the same.

The animation will be displayed inside the white rectangular area shown in the link above, the image shows the exact size.

The only addition to the character is that the designer will create the character a mouth and eyes which moves as it speaks.

I do not want the character to just stand still on the screen, I can do that myself! I want some form of interaction, ie: initially when it loads I want the character to tap on the screen, during the video he will bend down and pick up items, he may sit down as well.

There will also be items in the background, I have not yet decided on these.

I will produce you with a report of what I want the character to do and what he says and any sounds that need adding as well, it will be your repsponsibilty to produce the final result including the voice and sounds, but please bear in mind there may be changes so perhaps you will want me to proof it along the way.

The voice and sounds for the character will be a small childs voice, not an adult.

This gives you an idea of what is required, this project MUST be completed by 27th December 2009, if you cannot do this by then, please do not bid, I will provide you with the full report of what is required within 24 hours of choosing a winner.
