College-Age Middle Manager / Remote Recruiter Needed For Digital Marketing Startup

So basically I've decided to restart doing [login to view URL] , a digital agency based in the United States that uses outsourced labor to save clients money and grow their businesses. We do sales work, and also social media and website work. Coronavirus fucked our business up, causing some previous clients to have to drop us, but I'm launching into it again now with a passion and fury unmatched by any of humankind before me. I've started having clients again as society is trying to return to "normal".

They're having us redo their website, and we've starting running Facebook ads for them, along with our innovations in helping them establish a "Remote Video Quote" system. They have serious potential to be making serious money until winter comes and people stop moving for a bit. They're based in a high cost of living area, and their customers pay on average like $700 - $1,000 for a moving job.

I'm looking for someone very ambitious, between the ages of 18 - 21, who legitimately wants to rule the world. You'll be hiring and managing other semi-experienced freelancers, and you will be negotiating with them to get them at way lower rates than any American would be able to negotiate for. You will be directing these freelancers on projects. When appropriate, you will take a personal hand in projects to do things that are faster to do than explain.

I'm focused on finding the exact right person with the right mindset, and I can train in everything necessary to do this. I'm screaming into the void hoping that the perfect candidate will show themselves.
