Adding formulas and functions to my excel template

Hi. I require somebody who is highly qualified in Microsoft Excel. I have been through many different people on Freelancer and other freelancing websites, none of them have been qualified and none of them have been up to my standards. People try to tell me it isnt possible to do certain things, even when I know it is. I am looking for somebody who pretty much knows everything about VBA and Excel. If you dont consider yourself one of the best, then please do not apply .
What I require isnt very complex, it just requires knowing how to do it. I have about 6 other templates that need doing. If this one is successful, we can move onto the next one. I need certain functions and formulas added to my Excel sheet, these can be explained later on. It will be things such as automatically adding "th" and "st" to types when typing "5 Oct" for example. Making lines and figures appear automatically based on certain conditions. Linking dates between pages and making balances automatically show. I have a full list of requirements ready in a word document which I can send to you.
The task will be split into two parts. One part for the design and another part for the formulas. I will release the first payment once the design has been complete. The design is where a lot of people fail. I need somebody who has very good attention to detail. You will need to copy 2 pages of a PDF file with almost 100% accuracy. The final output will be a PDF and you will need to do a side by side comparison to see the difference. Once this is done, the second part of the task will be adding the formulas and functions.
