NCAA Basketball box scores

I would like to have, in either excel or access, a program which pulls box scores (just for a team, individual players are not necessary) for NCAA Division 1 games. Ideally, this program would retrieve these scores daily for the previous day's games and add it to a the database/spreadsheet with prior game data.
