I have a formatted spreadsheet that I will prepare for several (60 or more) cost centers. I would like to upload the spreadsheets into an access DB via a simple user interface. After all the data is uploaded, I will need to sort and consolidate the data and download it in a spreadsheet format. I will need the ability to delete the contents of the DB and append new records (with a duplicate record check)
