Encryption of Code for distribution

Hi,

I have one code written in Laravel as Framework. I want to install this software in different places. So, I need following from freelauncer:

1. Make one .exe file so It can be installed at any place.

2. This .exe file cannot be installed on each computer and there should be one license for one computer.

3. Mirroring of Database from local to server
