Mini LED Screen with changing QR codes - based on time

Need to build a device that has a small LED/LCD/OLED Screen of 3 to 5 CM by 3 to 5 CM. This will be used to display QR codes that will keep changing based on time. Need a simple design since this device needs to be mass produced and needs to be cost efficient
