I have an offline flyback converter that functions, but needs some revisions. It's a 300W (250W usage) design with 85VAC to 280VAC input. Goes into a PFC stage, then flyback stage to isolate. Secondary side then has an avg. current mode buck that outputs to a high voltage high power LED array.
I need someone to help optimize and improve the design. The weak point is currently the LED output stage. It is an average current mode buck but once it gets above about 20% duty cycle, the output no longer increases properly. Current theory is signal noise on the current sense resistor line. If you have a LED output design that "just works" then that will work too. I can send you existing hardware to debug if you want to go that route.
Constraints are price and transformer selection. More details will be provided to the freelancers that ask and show that they have an understanding of offline power supply design.
LED output needs to drive LED string arrays between 60V and 250V. Output current is up to 1A controllable in 10% duty cycles via a PWM input. Input to the LED driver is a 330VDC to 360VDC signal from a flyback stage.
Unfortunately due to a previous freelancer not having a lab and being wrong on the issues, what was a gentle timeline is now in crunch mode as a month has been wasted. I would need this as soon as possible.

Current prototype is in USA, but worldwide engineers are acceptable. USA preferred due to time constraints and shipping. Please also reference any previous work you have had with similar projects and if you want to see any schematics or layout.
