DC Electronic Load Bank

We need a load bank for testing power supplies and discharging batteries. We already have the power modules See attached documents for more info

What we require is design of HMI and control module as outlined below. We need a ready for manufacturing design

HMI display

• This need to display the voltage, current, time , power if possible,

• Switch (pot?) to dial current, voltage and adjust parameters

Control module

• Current control 0 – 150 A (100mV shunt)

• Voltage control 5 – 150 V

• Cooling fan control PWM? 24V 500mA each

• Power control if possible

• Transient not required

PSU

• We have many power supplies available

Power modules

• We have and they take a voltage input and have a shunt to control current.

Documentation

• Attached is picture of the current edition of EDN for reference and an old EDN file with some more info.

We will provide more info to the successful applicant
