I am looking for a good internet researcher with a knowledge in online payment processing, to help me find the right third party payment processor for my business.

Business Type: Adult Oriented Dating Social Networking Website.

Status: Not Yet Launched ( will be launched as soon as we find the right payment solution)

Monetization: Through credit system. Any user can register for free. Then users buy "credits" from the website and spend them on digital products, gifts, live cams offered by other users.

Payment solution needed:

1. As a merchant i recieve money for the "credits" purchased on my website.

2. As an employer i send mass payouts to the users who request to withdraw their earned "credits" from their credit balance. These Users can be from anywhere in the world.

So I need a gateway for step (1.) and a Mass payout solution for step (2.). Preferable, both need to be processed respectively TO and FROM the same balance. or in a way that allow fast money transfers. Which means: I send mass payouts from what I make from the credits purchased on my website and the payments must be fast to be able to pay users in like a few days (the fewer the better).

I need the right third party payment processor, or the right combination of many existing payment processors, mass payouts and systems that allow all the above.

So what's the best payment solutions for the credit system used? What do the other websites with a similar credit system use as gateway and payout solution?
