A Networking Platform, first for headhunting and recruitment to companies. To manage a large pool of specialists to convey theme to companies more easier with automated processes.
In this website, HR managers from companies can search directly for employees. But there will also be partner companies, such as headhunters. We will also have representatives in the system who will be looking for talent. some of our representatives will also do sales. So we will have these roles: admins, representatives, bridges between us and the companies (headhunters etc.), and also directly companies that are looking for personnel. The profiles will be published after our approval. Representatives will be able to add information that can only be seen by the admin and headhunters. Anyone can search for profiles, but cannot see any personal information from the profiles. We only conclude a contract online after request, then we open the profiles of these companies or headhunters.
Communication needs to be simplified through, chat and direct emails through the site. Every communication with a person has to be archived so that we can also plan appointments etc. Adding reminders should make it possible to manage thousends of profiles.
Companies and headhunters must be able to search and filter very easily. Matching needs to be simplified. The system must be able to recommend the most suitable one.
And the same principle must also be applicable in other areas, as in the B2B area with companies to companies by or with companies and entrepreneurs. in other words, a networking platform. And it should be suitable for SaaS.
