Implementation of keyboard input intercept

Requirements to the application:

1) Keyboard input intercept with the ability to make records in

log-file

2) Support of specific international keyboards like Portuguese (enter characters with accents)

3) Input intercept from Internet Explorer 9 and Internet Explorer 10

4) Support of hieroglyph (unicode) input intercept

5) Records of non-printing characters (Enter, Esc, Tab, Space, etc)

6) Records of control key pressing (Ctrl, Shift, Alt, etc)

7) Operating Systems:

Windows XP 32-bit and 64-bit

Windows 7 32-bit and 64-bit

Windows 8 32-bit and 64-bit

8) Programming Language:

any, but we should be able to manage functionality of this program from Delphi application

9) Running without administrator rights (user level), tolerance from anti-virus software

We need a Delphi application with

- buttons: "start log", "stop log"

- file with the result of interception
