Extract Name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, etc and put in database. The buyer knows this is a large number of entries and is uncertain which kind of application is best, i.e. access, excell MySQL, ? Please suggest and explain why.

This is a large database and will require several computers working simultaniously. Suggest a project manager, who will write extraction program. Replicate the program and assign perhaps 50 persons with fast connections to do this extraction, report back to them and assemble final databases.
Other suggestions are welcome to accomplish this task.
After databases are assembled we will want Bidder to finish job by sending emails and faxes as will be developed further. Payment through GAF, Progress payments to be escrowed in 5 installments. First upon acceptance of bid and contract Second after compilation of US/Canda Database) third, and fourth upon completion Indian database and final draw upon sending and confirmation of emails and faxes.
Several computers will be necessary to running 24/7 to create these databases in a timely manner. Please carefully consider how long this job will take to complete before bidding. Only firms with exceptionally high ratings will be considered. We look forward to working with you.
