VBA or Access simple accounting project for company. Inputs, Outputs and balance

I have a small company and I need a basic VBA Excel or Access tool, so that I can do simple daily accounting of the inputs and outputs of my company.
I would need the following features:
- possibility to see company current balance
- add inputs and outputs with description and date (for example: payment to supplier X: 100 EUR)
- generate daily balance (inputs - outputs)
- generate actual balance (current balance - daily balance)
- generate monthly report for monthly profits or looses, with description of inputs and outputs
I do understand that my budget might be a little low, but our financial situation is also not the best so this is what I can afford. However, I do expect bidders committed to this project, who can build this tool with a friendly-user design as well.
