When you form a relationship of this size, chemistry is enormously important. Your team will cover the full gamut of responsibilities, and if you’re not ultra-entrepreneurial, this role is definitely not a fit. Some projects, of the 100+ of types of projects you would handle, include:

gathering data

processing payments

organizing files

training teammates (yours and others on our team) on various tasks

If there is any non-technical work you’re opposed to, this is not the right role. This role is for a roll-up-your-sleeves and do whatever needs to get done team.

YOUR TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

Can you help us implement a broad array of technical projects, from creating new fields in our CRM (Sugar CRM), to setting up spreadsheets and reports in our CRM, to modifying web pages of ours by tweaking layout? There is a long list of tech tasks so this role requires a generalist who is passionate and very committed to getting things done.

We're seeking to grow quickly after establishing our technology foundation.

You would need to have: Knowledge about Html/Php/MySql.

Good understanding of HTML, Ability to use tools like Dreamweaver for html edits.

Good understanding of FTP using software like FileZilla.

Good Understanding about the Control panel (cpanel) for the Server and ability to use its feature / functions.

Good understanding about Microsoft tools and using them.

Should Know How to Manage the Organizational Needs.

Should have the ability to allocate the tasks and Draft Reports.

Should be able to adapt to timelines of the organization - be flexible with your time availability.

Above all should be open to learn new technology as and when needed.

i) you are a task manager and not a project manager. I cannot micromanage or ensure day-to-day that you are getting your work done. You must have a track record and a client reference via a live phone call with me to verify that you take initiative and don't rely on reminders from the client.

ii) you are not highly organized: I've worked unsuccessfully with 3 teams who didn't work out for the simple reason that they weren't able to follow instructions as written

iii) you are not responsive: if I have to make multiple requests for the same thing, this relationship will end swiftly.
