Filter Through Lists and Collect Emails

My PR company is looking to conduct a cold email outreach campaign. I have a list of 1000 websites for potential clients that must be filtered - about half of them are garbage (Either irrelevant, not operating, etc). I need someone to go through this list (by hand) to find and remove all of the companies we would not consider doing business with. Once the garbage is removed, I will need you to gather at least one email from each contact for us to reach out to them. I can provide some tools (email hunter) to help with email aggregation and verification. Must be Fluent in English.
