For each of 100 rows in the table, look a the date shown in the date column (A):
1 Find the video in this channel, [login to view URL]@msforecasting/videos that was posted in the afternoon of the given date. Make sure to sort by date uploaded. Some dates may not have videos. If that happens, make a note of it in the sheet.
2 In the first ten seconds of the video, the narrator states the date. Verify the date matches the date of the row you're trying to fill. If there's a discrepancy, make a note of that.
3 Scan the video for a section where a table like this is displayed. It should be easy to spot in the preview thumbnails. Pause the video at this point. Some but not all videos have a bookmark labeled "Stocks on the Move" Jumping to this bookmark and rewinding a bit can help you locate this table faster.
4 Transcribe this table into the spreadsheet. Add rows to the sheet to match the number of rows in the table. The only columns of interest are Symbol, Entry#1, Entry#2, Entry#3, and Long/Short. Ignore Current Price, % from entry, and Entry Hit.
5 That is all. Go on to the next video.
