Customize the look a website with CSS and HTML

I'm a photographer with an existing website. This is website A (WA). I am currently migrating my entire digital photo collection to an online system. This is website B (WB).

WB allows photographer to sell their photographs directly to clients. WB can be customized via CSS and Html. WB already has the tools in place to allow this.

What I need is someone who can take a look at WA and customize WB so that it looks just like WA.
