I am looking for a freelancer to help me on a project for a client to export and integrate Salesforce referral data to healthcare cloud apps such as Kinnser and HHA eXchange apps when the referral becomes a patient. In the second phase integration will also be potentially done with other apps to receive the referral information directly into Salesforce from external referral sources such as Epic.
Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in Salesforce integration
- Knowledge of healthcare cloud apps
- Familiarity with Kinnser and HHA eXchange is a plus
Requirements:
- Integrate Salesforce with existing systems and databases
- Ensure seamless data transfer and synchronization between Salesforce and the healthcare cloud apps
Timeline:
- The integration project is expected to take more than a month to complete.
