We are looking for a cartoonist For our project. Who can design 2d Cartoons for animations. We want some one very good. Also we will prefer individual freelancer from India not companies, As we need a long term and dedicated contribution and if things go right we can hire the guy. In past we have tried at least 6-7 people but no one was up to the mark. Our expectations are very high. Now we are in no mood to waste both time and money in trying out people. So below are the terms and requirements.
1. You draw a awesome cartoon character.
2. You show us the cartoon. we like it. you get 40 USD and then you deliver us the cartoons. IF we do not like it you get nothing.
3. If we go ahead with cartoon then there is post work which includes png cuttings, side poses etc........you do and we give you another 40 USD.
