use any open libraries you need what i want at the end is

1- test with few dates and times to check that you can produce the needed outcomes by showing me the sample output at given dates and times and compare with the actual from known sites like timeanddate

2- the calculation time must be very quick to be able to use it in an update() function in unity that will be executed every fraction of a second, so it must run in 0.1 seconds

3- before closing you will give me the draft code to run in on my unity and check if all is working correctly
