Code for copying .csv files to Google Sheets - C#

Hello everyone,
I am in need of a C# developer to make a code for dealing with the CSV files and copying their values to Google Sheets. I have multiple CSV audit files that I want to paste to the audit template in Google Sheets.
Technical requirements:
- made in C# with simple Windows form interface for testing
- working Google Authentication
- duplicating Google sheets file
- working with n number of CSV files and n number of Google Sheets document sheets
- working with CSV files with more than 100 000 rows
- handling exceptions
Flow steps:
1. Make a copy of a template Google Sheets file on Google Drive (the new file will be called Audit-{currentDate})
2. fetch all the .csv files from a given folder path
3. Load one .csv file (eg. [login to view URL]), copy all values from wanted columns excluding the first row to a specific sheet and position in the Audit file in Google Sheets (eg. sheet H1_multi in a duplicated document)
4. Repeat step 3. for as long as all fetched CSV's are not copied to their respective sheets in Google Sheets
5. Get the sharable URL for every sheet in the Audit file to the one TXT file saved locally ([login to view URL])
In the end, it should export a TXT file with the shareable URL for every sheet of the newly created Google Sheets document.
For linking the CSV to the sheet and columns you will have a locally saved [login to view URL] file which will have correlations in every row {.csv file name}|{columns you should copy}|{Google Sheets sheet name where you should paste}
eg. h1_multiple|A:B:C:E:F|h1_multi
This means you are loading the [login to view URL] file -> coping all values from the columns a,b,c,e,f (excluding header) and paste it to the Google Sheets sheet named h1_multi (always pasting to the cell A5)
Explanation of the attachments:
[login to view URL] - TXT file that contains links between CSV files and Google Sheets sheets
Example - Audit [login to view URL] - representation of the google sheets file on the drive that should be duplicated, you will never need to change it
Audit export - representation of the final Google Sheets file you have created. You are creating this file empty by the duplicating previous file and pasting values from CSV files.
[login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] - files from which you need to copy values to the Audit export
[login to view URL] - locally generated and saved TXT file with sharable URLs for every sheet
