Asp.Net C# project to upload MS Project data (and files) to SQL Server

I am looking for a skilled Asp.Net C# developer to create a project that allows me to upload multiple MS Project files in a windows folder and extract data to an SQL Server table. The ideal candidate should have experience with both Asp.Net and C# programming languages, as well as proficiency in SQL Server.
The solution should provide 2 pages:
One page to select a folder containing all the MS project files (*.mpp)
Second page to display a datagrid with all the data from projects uploaded from the folder.
Example MS Project files are attached in a zip file.
Aa requirements document is attached
The MS Project files will need to be uploaded to IIS and SQL Server should be updated.
Visual Studio 2022 ASP:Net C# solution must be provided
SQL script to create tabes must be provided
