Updating an existing project and rewriting Java script into C#

I have an old game demo, that I really Like but it is written for an Old NGUI User interface which is now outdated and was programmed in Java script.
I have files that are still working with old NGUI system but I would like it updated to work with latest version of Unity and latest NGUI 3.0.7 version plus to be re-written in C#.
Whole program has only one script about 170 lines of code.
I need someone with excellent knowledge of JavaScript, C# and must obviously have a latest version
Of NGUI in order to complete this task.
You will be Given a working version of an old game and will need to update it and make it stable and work with latest NGUI 3.07… then replace Java script with C#

This is one of those games made for training purposes and come with a video tutorial and full files ,that teach you how to make it from scratch...
And I really interested in UI part only which is probably no more then 150 lines of code ....
Also you will need to give me updated Java version and C#
and explain what was the major change from previous version, if there was any at all.
