I want photo capture functionality in my PhoneGap Application

I have created phoneGap application and i want some one who can add photo capture functionality.
there should be option of capture photo or select from gallery. after upload button image will save to server. server side coding is in c#.net web services.
database is sql server.
you can save image in folder or in database.
