Write an C++ application based on the UDT library

We need a C developer to code an application based on the UDT library ([login to view URL]). The application has to send a big number of files and directories over a WAN access. It should also preserve ownership and permissions of the copied files. (Similar to SCP or rsync)
The software should also be capable of copying a single raw device (like /dev/sdb2) to a device on the target system. This copy will be called "block copy" and should work even if the device has no filesystem.
Application should run in Linux, AIX and Windows.
