Interspire & PMTA Email Server Setup

Hello,

I am looking for an experience Interspire/PMTA/Addon freelancer to setup a mailing server on a VPS. Please read and agree that you are able to do all of the following before bidding. If you have a recommendation that is not listed then feel free to contact me with your suggestion.

- Explain to me which OS & Panel I should choose and why

- Correctly configured email headers

- Optimize MySQL Server for operations with Interspire Email Marketer

- PowerMTA(multiple domains/ips,ipv6, correctly configured config file and other recommended customizations)

- Set up of maximum emails processed per SMTP per hour must be supported

- Set up DKIM Signing, RDNS, PX, MX & SPF records and DNS

- Configure the mail server & MTA to work securely and quickly with Interspire Email Marketer, and optimize for inbox delivery to major providers (Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL, etc.)

- Set up of CRON schedule setting

- It must be possible to use random synonyms for words. example: [Hello|Hi|Hey|Whats up]

- Optimize inbox rate

- Interspire(Mods: multiple subject rotation, multiple ips/domains, feedback loop, multiple signature, PMTA remote bounce processor and others)

Most importantly, make sure all of these works flawlessly
