User has to record today's voice. It has to be evaluated by three users from 0 to 100 on a range slider. User will get the score as average from three user. If the score is more than 70, the user will get another voice next day else he has to keep on improving on this recording. Every user also has to evaluate at least 3 voices per day from the second day to get next voice. He will also get info about the user who got first 10 rank in that particular voice and their voices so that he get inspired from the same. The user who is evaluating will not see who is the user. User will also not know who is the evaluator. Admin can see the user and evaluate if no user has evaluated the user so that he can get the next voice.
