I need a boxing/fitness coach to prepare for me some detailed boxing/kickboxing/Thai boxing routines to perform at the punching bag. I need them delivered in audio format (quality is not important, they will be played by an actor), and the commands have to be clear and nonambiguous (did he mean left or right hook?). Important, as in the audio, together with the instructions I need the sounds of the strikes to know the exact timing on when to hit.
