It seems you are very competent on what you propose to do.
In order of that, I´d like to let you know more about what I specific need by now.
Based on my request, which was a full system, I´d like to change it a little and double check about the price of your service.
I have already done a big part of the job programing my idea by myself, doing the whole system. So, by now I need only the JavaScript, which can do what is missing me, as follow below:
1. I need to have the same city and district/neighborhood bouldering line that Google Maps has into its maps, but for my purposes (check image called: Sao_Jose_Franca_SP_Brasil.png in attached). I mean, I wanna that my system shows what I need to be shown (houses for rent, offices for rent, apartments for rent, houses for sale, apartments for sales, and so on) but into a limit of bouldering made by city, rural area, district/neighborhood, showing each district separately and bouldered. And it might be much interesting if it has this bouldering made by zoom in or zoom out: as much or less zoom, it will show the city bouldering, or more zoom and you get the district bouldering, etc. (Please, follow the pictures samples as in City.JPG and District.JPG in attached).
I need a clever system that could do it by itself. I mean, program to be done automatically, once Google Maps already have it done by itself (has follow the sample in attached too, same picture Sao_Jose_Franca_SP_Brasil.png - a district from my city);
2. As the user zoom in into a city. I need it can be possible to this user to click on some district of his choice, where he intends to rent or buy a house or office, and a list of available ones come at the left of the full screen map page, just similar to the sample on picture attached called Available Buildings.JPG.
3. I even need to know if there is some kind of way to avoid or not have extra charge, or charging at all from Google Maps Requests. As I know, there are some limitations on Google Maps that says you can use it for free. After you maxing out it, you might have to pay some charges to keep using it.
What about the programing service fee. What’s the final price we can agree?
What´s the payment method?
Do you need any more information to let you have an idea of price to be charged on this job?
