Storefront integrated with Ultracart system

Looking to build a shopping cart storefront that will coordinate directly with the Ultracart shopping cart system. I would like to work with a developer/programmer who will allow me to do the graphics while they do the programming. The file I uploaded is a custom made shopping cart with drop down lists, flash graphics, scroll bars plus arrows allowing users to scroll through multiple pictures of each individual item withouth having to jump to another page. I can do the graphics, what I need is the framework or template that will allow me to add and remove items at will while allowing the site to have graphics and banner ads as well.
