I have a project that\'s been under way for quite some time now. I hired a developer to write it for me. It is a web-based application written in C# on a .NET framework. My developer is almost finished but cannot seem to get the administrative part done. What I mean is that the program seems to run OK, but there are problems with registration, logging in, and email notification to me of new registrants.

I would like to know if there is anyone out there who could finish this project. I should mention upfront that it has to do with tarot cards.
