Android App Rebuild via Appcelerator

I would like to redo my current app in probably Appcelerator (or other program if you think it is better and make me agree with you, so far this seems like the best option, but I am not an expert on this) and port over to Iphone/Ipad/Windows Mobile. In addition to redoing the app in its current format, I would like to make the following changes to it...

-fix paid app which doesn't work (paid app is same app minus ads)

-fix error with alarm not going off every day

-create a save button to click on after check offs goals

-set upr reminder alarm options such as vibrate, no vibrate, popup, alarm sound, or combinations of those

-change layout to be like image here [url removed, login to view]

-ability to have background images in program

-look at existing crash reports and fix those problems

-few other small changes

I will also have you sign a non-disclosure/non-compete document stating that you will not use or share the code at all. Also, I will save the final payment for 2 weeks after final version for beta checking and prefer accepting a bid for those that are willing to fix all bugs and minor changes. I am open to suggestions and even welcome them.

Let me know if the use of appcelerator or your suggested replacement will have any costs to it. As I understand it, you have to purchase some API's but most programmers already have access to those API's.

I do not have a windows mobile or apple app account yet, just android. I will also require help in setting that up. I use Flurry Analytics. If I can't use this for windows mobile and iphone/ipad program, help me decide and set up equivalent program for those platforms. Similar with marketing, I currently use admob. I have links in the program for referring others to use it. Those links link back to the android market. I will need the links updated to the specific platform's market that it is done on and one for Amazon market for the android version of the app.
