Dynamic News and Blog Install(repost)

I need to get a dynamic news reel installed on mt website. This will be similar to the newest job postings on RAC. For mine I want to be able to login in and add news to be displayed on my website.

Also, I need a Word Press Blog installed. I am using Host Gator so the install will be automatic. But I want a Blog similar to [url removed, login to view] They have a button for the Blog and nothing changes and its integrated in the website well. If you click on my Blog button this is the header that I want to use for it. I just want the blog to use the same template as on my website already when you hit the Blog button.

I also want this done ASAP. As I said I want this to be a fully functional Bog like the website I gave you as an example. If I want to have Links, categories, and what ever else I want to add to the right side bar then thats what I want. Perhaps a new template or something needs to be created to do so.

This has to work with all plugins as well because I will be adding them to the Blog...what good is a Bog if I cant use the plugins.

I would like to get this done ASAP so if you can help you will be well rewarded.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

(No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
