Node.JS, Angular.JS, PhoneGap, Ionic - Skilled Fullstack Developer

Hiring or Renting a full-time developer to work on building the front-end and back-end of a realtime chat and messaging feature using web sockets, as well as a push notification system.
You will join a team with a CTO, Scrum Master, 2 QA and 3 developers.
We are using Agile Development and Scrum. Daily standup meetings and weekly scrum meetings are required.
Must be able to communicate in English, orally and in writing.
Must be able to start as soon as possible.
