I am looking for a programmable RFID reader that can be customized to read dual tags and capture the time of each read. My goal is to save these reads in a local database. The solutions needs to be able to store the RFID reads in a Local SQL Database in order for me to access this information for use.
Set up your development environment. You will need to install Android Studio and the Android SDK.
Connect the RFID tag reader to the Android device. Depending on the RFID tag reader you are using, this may involve connecting it via USB or Bluetooth.
Import the SDK into your Android Studio project. The SDK should come with documentation and sample code to help you get started

as I have to build up a complete application over this
you just have to dump the RFID Tag data into SQL
It should not take more than 1-2 hrs for the complete work if you are a good developer
