Have a KML file I need to display statically on Google Maps on Android (for tablets). The KML file has aprox 6,000 geo points for Fire Hydrants. This needs to be displayed as a static overlay on Maps (offline as well) and hopefully Navigation.
KML file can be located at [url removed, login to view]
End goal is to have these Fire Hydrants from the KML file display at all times within Google Maps.
