Media & Video Streams Developer Needed

We have several video files not converted in S3.
We use MediaConvert to transcode video files for ABR streams. These videos are saved within S3 in a different folder.
We use CloudFront to serve all the needs of our app.
We developed all APIs to interact from our app to AWS.
We need:
To create linear looping ABR streams with the videos that we have in AWS.
We'll send the stream to our cloudFront.
For starters we'll use 480, 540 and 720.
Keep in mind:
If a stream is updated, we need to update it after the actual video running finish.
We need to know the video that it is playing on each stream
We need to know the number of connected viewers on each stream.
You will work with our APIs.
