Develop a website in .Net Core hosted on AWS

I prefer to have someone available in Mysore. I have the requirements of building a website in .Net core to be hosted in AWS. Need a developer who can code well and passionate about developing something cool. Overall project is for 3 months and I can pay weekly or monthly on T&M basis. Since there is an urgency, I will need a daily update through call and screen share.
It is not just a HTML5 website development. I need functionalities implemented in .Net Core and hosted on AWS. So please bid for the project accordingly.
I will have a Skype interview before finalizing and I need someone with whom I can meet once a week.
