Produce a 3000 word report based on the following:-

Write a report based on an organisation you have worked for or one you are

familiar with which considers the use and application of Project Management

to manage projects in the 21st Century.

Your report should critically discuss the role that effective Project

Management has to play in the modern business and should draw on both

lecture material and your wider reading and research. It is expected that your

report will contain an overview of the tools and techniques used in Project

Management, the challenges facing project success and a discussion of formal

methodologies used to manage projects.

Submission

Your report must be word processed to a high standard and may include

additional content in the form of Appendices. Extra credit will be given if you

include examples to support your research findings. Deadline:13th Aug
