Cforms Plugin - Send data as an xml attachment

I have a wordpress site which uses the cforms plugin for the contact forms. Rather than being sent within an email, I would like the data collected from the contact form to be sent as an xml attachment, so the information can be imported directly into a telephone/customer service system.

When implementing the changes, the styling of the form on the website should not be affected. It is also essential that the changes do not affect any other aspect of the website - such as other plugins, etc.
