Convert Word Doc To HTML

Hello,
I'm not really great at converting Word docs to Html, so I've decided to seek help here.
At the moment, I need for you to export a 5 page 97 Word doc to make it a Html page.
Please make sure that when converting to Html, the code is CLEAN, and ideally there is a stylesheet used for the different formatting elements of the text. I don't want to see any Microsoft Word formatting elements that appears in the HTML, please.
Also, when bidding, pls. let me know your experience in this field and how long you think it would take to manually convert a Word doc to Html.
