hi,
i am looking for a developer that makes the following thingy...
i can send a link to a client, the client opens the link and a wordpress generated site open.
on the site the client enters his email and a password confirms a list by check boxes besides each point and confirms that he understood what he read (and confirmed by the checkboxes) before.
on the bottom of the page needs to be a button ("i confirm" or such)
clicking the button automatically sends an email of the confirmation form to up to 4 pre adjusted emails (one of them is the clients email adress he entered before in the form).
i need to have the option to create new forms and define email adresses to send to (besides the one that the client enters)
furthermore i need an option of a captcha or password to protect the site of robots, spammers (and assholes ;-) ) that might want to use the site to spam someone. also i need the option to create new pages (with different links) like this by myself (copy and paste).
basically thats it...
all i need is the structure... the content i can fill in myself...
