CD Burning Project Based on stable code

I need somebody to update this CD Burning program. New graphics for buttons (graphics provided), new icon (icon provided) and the font need to change to the default Windows font for all dialog boxes. Original code in Japanese, but a English translation is provided. The new code must be in English. You can upgrade the code to be compatible with Visual Studio 2010 or not, it does not really matter.
