data transfer from windows to linux

Hello,

I need solution for the following problem:

I have folder in windows which has lots of folders with files inside. So a script is needed which would every minute check main folder for new data and would send that to FTP server (linux). After upload is done it should place DONE file in each of uploaded folders and remove that folder from windows system.

For interested I'll provide examples of data which lays in windows.

Only experienced people please!
