website design and slice needed for [login to view URL]

I need 4 designs 1 home page and 3 order form pages and the logo will be done by me. For the logo I have designs a rough idea how I want [url removed, login to view] to look we want a angel ring above the "e" in essay. I also have attached 4 designs in wireframes for the home page layout and the order pages. We need the text of the body of the website to be 12 pt the the top navi bar text can be a little bigger. Your gonna have to cut out those students and maybe put some clouds in the background with [url removed, login to view] above them or not include the students. The order form pages are very easy. I also need to you slice this and put in on the internet. I will circle the areas we need text and which areas we need just a image. We like the site [url removed, login to view] kinda copy that sites layout for the top banner where the order form is. Our site colors we would like white and blue. We want this site very professional. We also want a A Guarantee " make this a gold certificate" and a USA Flag in the top banner. I need you to slice the site and upload to the internet as well html is fine. I will circle which areas are text and which areas are image when you get your images done.
