css-boxes

Hi

in the jpg attached there are 2 types of boxes. I need these to be created as

- css-based

- easy-to-use and

- no-load-time-wasters

elements for my site.

They should be flexible (width height changes while the site evolves)

Upon completion I need

- a html example from you

- the css file

- all images used
