Though I work and browse internet, I dont know about building n hosting a website. I wish to have a website, where the people living in our city, in rented homes, can register free and give opinion about their house [login to view URL] idea is to build and host a site to facilitate the people living in rented house, to know sufficiently about their prospective new owner of house to take on rent.
The site should work like [login to view URL] Where the rating of the house owners to be available to the prospective [login to view URL] site should enable to accommodate advertisements, to generate income for the website hoster.
The bid to be highly competive and should mention the time period required to execute this work.
The bidder should be willing to host the site on a trial period of 15 days and I am willing to pay through GAF or Paypal.
The bidder's bid document should contain all the information in simple English,where the commmunication should be clear.
Budget is not constraint for good work.
